Partner — Corporate & Technology Transactions, Wilmington

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a broad corporate practice with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will originate and execute complex transactions for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sector clients.

The team advises on issuer-side and private-equity transactions, emerging-growth matters and cross-border deals, and works closely with IP and technology specialists on licensing and transaction structures. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for business development and team growth in the Wilmington office.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions, including issuer-side work
• Experience with technology transactions and advising growth-stage or life sciences clients
• Demonstrated client origination, team leadership and cross-practice collaboration
