Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Baltimore

Experienced IP partner sought to lead and grow a patent and trademark practice in the firm's Baltimore office. The role focuses on patent and trademark prosecution, enforcement, and IP litigation strategy for corporate and institutional clients.

The position offers responsibility for case management and business development, working with a multidisciplinary team on contentious and non-contentious matters. Candidates should be comfortable advising on infringement disputes and managing client relationships across technology and media-related matters (but not consumer streaming platform mandates).
