National law firm with a strong U.S. platform is seeking an experienced lateral partner to strengthen its Corporate, Intellectual Property (including patent litigation) and Litigation practices in the Nashville office. The firm is actively growing key practices and prioritizes candidates who can contribute an immediately portable book and help expand regional presence in the Southeast.

The role will suit a seasoned partner with an established client base and experience leading matter teams, developing business, and collaborating across transactional and contentious matters. Opportunities include leadership on M&A and corporate governance matters, as well as high-value patent and IP litigation.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, IP (including patent litigation), or commercial litigation
Proven track record of generating and managing client business and leading teams
Willingness to support regional growth efforts and collaborate across offices
