Lateral Partner — Corporate, IP & Litigation — Wilmington

Leading regional practice seeks a lateral partner to expand corporate, intellectual property and patent litigation capabilities in the Wilmington office. The role is targeted at a rainmaker partner who can originate work, lead matters and collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. offices.

Priority focus areas are corporate (M&A, governance, emerging growth) and IP/patent litigation; candidates with a strong portable practice in one or more of these areas will be attractive. The team offers flexibility on compensation structure and cross-office collaboration to support growth and potential office development.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record originating and managing corporate or IP/patent matters
• Experience leading deal teams or litigation teams and mentoring associates
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in Wilmington
