Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Dubai

Leading international law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to lead and grow its Dubai corporate/M&A capability. The role will focus on cross-border M&A, transactional work and corporate governance matters for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team and have responsibility for originating work, supervising deal execution and developing client relationships across the UAE and wider Middle East market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactions, with experience leading cross-border deals
• Strong client origination skills and experience managing teams and senior client relationships
