Senior partner-level opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a well-established international practice in Dubai. The role will focus on cross-border M&A and complex transactional work for corporate and private equity clients across the region.

Ideal candidates will be able to lead significant deals, manage and grow client relationships, and contribute to a partner-led, collaborative team. The role offers a platform to develop a regional footprint on high-value transactions and to work alongside a seasoned corporate bench.

• Proven track record in M&A and complex transactional work in the Middle East and international markets
• Strong origination and client relationship skills; ability to lead deal teams
• Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to work in the UAE
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
