Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Healthcare — Nashville

National law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor group in Nashville with a focus on healthcare clients. The role will lead client matters, develop business in the healthcare sector, and work across litigation, counselling, and employment-related risk management.

The successful candidate will join an established practice team, mentor junior lawyers, and play an active role in originating and expanding client relationships. This is a visible leadership role with cross-practice collaboration opportunities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience advising healthcare industry clients on employment and labor matters
• Track record of originating business and developing client relationships
• Admission to practice in Tennessee (or ability to waive in)
