Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor (Litigation) — Little Rock

Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow employment and labor litigation work from the Little Rock office. The role focuses on representing employers in a broad range of employment disputes, workplace investigations, and related litigation matters.

The partner will manage client relationships, supervise and develop associates, and drive origination and business-development activities in the region. The position offers access to a national platform and collaborative cross-practice support while retaining local leadership responsibility.

• Proven experience leading employer-side employment litigation matters
• Track record of developing and managing teams, with strong business development skills
