Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Little Rock

Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Little Rock litigation team with a strong securities/white-collar litigation practice. The role will involve leading complex litigation matters, supervising junior lawyers, and expanding the firm s regional presence.

The successful candidate will handle securities-related disputes and white-collar defense matters, work closely with cross-practice teams on client strategy, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience in securities and white-collar matters
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business-development capability
• Bar admission in Arkansas (or ability to waive/admit) and significant partner-level experience
