Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (Little Rock)

Senior trial-focused lawyer sought to lead and grow a litigation and employment practice in the Little Rock office of a national law firm. The role will handle commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction disputes.

The partner will run matters from intake through trial, supervise associates and work closely with client teams to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice. Significant client development and cross-practice collaboration will be expected to expand local and regional work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and courtroom experience in commercial litigation and employment matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships; demonstrable business development skills
• Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates; strong management and delegation abilities
• Familiarity with healthcare, professional liability and construction disputes preferred
