Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Litigation — Little Rock

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a healthcare litigation practice in a busy regional office. The role focuses on defending healthcare providers and related entities in regulatory and civil litigation, supervising case teams, and handling trials and hearings as needed.

The successful candidate will split time between complex litigation work, client relationship management, and originating new matters. You will work with cross‑disciplinary teams and be expected to mentor junior lawyers while contributing to practice strategy and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation background with significant healthcare or life sciences experience
• Proven trial or dispositive motion experience and ability to manage complex matters
• Demonstrated business development skills and track record of client relationship management
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (Arkansas)
