Senior hiring for an established Employment & Labor practice in New York seeking a partner to lead and expand employee benefits work, with a particular emphasis on ESOPs. The role involves partner-level client responsibility, originating and managing matters across the full spectrum of benefits issues.

Ideal candidates will help grow the practice through business development, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate with colleagues across offices on complex employee benefits matters. The team handles advisory work and related transactional matters for corporate clients.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in employee benefits and ESOP matters
  • Proven business development and client relationship track record
  • Ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate across offices
