Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — New York

Seeking a partner to join a busy Employment & Labor practice in New York. The role will focus on counseling and litigating across employee benefits, labor relations and broader labor & employment matters for a range of corporate clients.

The successful candidate will split time between client work, supervising associates, and developing business. This is a partner-level seat with responsibility for leading engagements, mentoring team members, and growing a practice in the New York market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in labor & employment and employee benefits matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Bar admission in New York and a track record of supervising teams on complex matters
