Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Salt Lake City

Seeking an experienced partner to build and lead a city-based Employment & Labor practice. The role will focus on counseling employers on workforce matters and advising on executive compensation and employee benefits.

Ideal candidate will have a strong portable client base, proven business-development skills, and experience managing and mentoring associates. The position offers a leadership role within the firm's regional labor & employment platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in employment law and executive compensation matters
• Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in Utah
