Partner, Litigation & Securities — Weirton

Leading national litigation practice is seeking a partner to join its Weirton office to build and lead contentious securities and white-collar matters. The role combines courtroom and investigative work across regulatory, enforcement and complex commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling high-stakes litigation and compliance-driven matters, contribute to business development, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-track lateral role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and investigative experience in securities enforcement, white-collar or related commercial litigation
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and developing business
• Ability to supervise associates and work across multi-disciplinary teams
