Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental — Silicon Valley

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its Energy & Environmental practice in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on advisory and regulatory work for clients in the energy sector, with an emphasis on environmental permitting, compliance and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and work across regional and national colleagues on complex regulatory and transactional matters. Relevant government agency experience (including EPA-related matters) or deep industry sector knowledge is highly valued.

• Established partner with significant experience in energy and environmental law
• Proven track record advising on regulatory, permitting and compliance matters; EPA or similar agency experience desirable
• Demonstrated business development and team leadership abilities
