Seeking an experienced tax partner to lead and grow an energy-focused tax practice in the firm's Boston office. The role emphasizes leadership on complex tax matters for energy companies, projects, and transactions across federal and state tax regimes.

Responsibilities include advising on transactional tax structuring, regulatory and tax-contour planning for energy projects, managing and mentoring junior lawyers, and supporting cross-office transaction teams.

This is a partner-level business-development role with an opportunity to shape a market-facing energy tax offering within a well-resourced firm platform.
