Partner — Finance & Energy, Boston

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Boston finance practice with a focus on energy and renewable project finance. The role involves originating and leading complex financings, advising sponsors and lenders on renewable energy transactions, and growing a market-facing practice.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on client matters, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-office teams on U.S. and project-level financings. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant business development expectations.

• Significant partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions
• Proven track record of originating and leading complex debt financings for energy projects
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable ability to develop new business
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or willing to become admitted)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
