Senior partner-level opening for an experienced finance and corporate securities practitioner to join a busy Wilmington-based team. The role will focus on advising private equity and venture capital sponsors, and lead capital markets and transactional work across the region.

The team handles sophisticated financing and corporate matters for a mix of sponsor-backed and corporate clients. The successful candidate will have an established client base and take a leading business-development and practice-building role locally.
