Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Houston

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a finance and banking practice from the Houston market. The role will focus on sophisticated lending, syndicated bank financings and related regulatory banking matters for corporate and financial institution clients.

This is a location‑agnostic posting with strong Houston presence; candidates will be evaluated on experience, client relationships and ability to originate and service high‑value finance work. Billing rates start at $1,200 and evaluation is on a sliding scale.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including syndicated lending and secured financings
• Proven client origination and team leadership skills; track record of maintaining and growing client relationships
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Texas (or willingness to become admitted)
