Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate — Wilmington

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Wilmington office with a focus on intellectual property (including patent and IP litigation) and corporate work. The role is for a rainmaker who will grow a high-value practice and collaborate with existing IP, corporate and litigation teams across the US network.

Ideal candidates will lead client relationships, manage significant patent and IP disputes, and originate corporate engagements. The firm offers flexibility on compensation structure and partnership arrangements and supports cross-office collaboration for candidates with a portable practice.

• Partner-level experience in IP litigation and/or corporate practice with proven origination record
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships and supervise teams
• Comfort working collaboratively across offices and practice groups
