Seeking a partner to build and lead cross-disciplinary matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology. The role will focus on matters involving fintech, cyber security, and corporate governance, working with West Coast-based clients and teams.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced practice and collaborate with transactional and disputes lawyers on complex M&A, regulatory and incident-response matters. This is an opportunity to grow a technology-focused practice within a broad corporate and litigation platform.

Proven partner-level experience in litigation and corporate work involving fintech, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors
Track record of originating and managing complex M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory matters
Strong relationships with West Coast clients and experience working cross-regionally
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and substantial trial and transactional experience
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
