Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Orange County

Leading corporate law practice in Orange County is seeking a lateral partner to expand its M&A and transactional capabilities. The role will focus on originating and leading complex mergers, acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions across industry sectors.

The team advises corporate clients on the full deal lifecycle; the successful candidate will join an established group and be expected to develop business, mentor fee-earners and manage high-value matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and transactional matters
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
