Lateral Partner, Litigation & Employment — Silicon Valley

Senior hire sought to lead and grow a contentious and regulatory practice in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on commercial litigation, employment and labor disputes, professional liability, and healthcare- and construction-related matters for private- and corporate-sector clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role within the office, overseeing litigation teams, developing client relationships, and expanding the regional practice footprint. This is a partner-level opening with responsibility for business development and practice management.

• Established record of handling complex commercial litigation, employment/labor, professional liability or healthcare-related matters
• Bar admission in the relevant state and standing to practice in Silicon Valley
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
