Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Atlanta

Senior real estate partner sought to lead and grow a market-facing Real Estate & Construction practice in Atlanta. The role will focus on originating and managing a broad mix of real estate and construction matters, guiding teams on transactional, development and project-related work.

The firm is looking for a seasoned lawyer who will serve as a client-facing leader, develop business, and mentor associates. The position involves responsibility for delivering high-quality legal advice, expanding client relationships in the region, and collaborating with national practice groups as needed.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of originating and leading U.S. real estate and construction matters
• Significant client relationships and demonstrable business development capability
• Experience supervising and developing associates and managing teams across transactions and projects
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
