Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Delaware

Senior real estate partner role for an established US firm seeking a lead lawyer to grow and manage a substantive real estate and construction practice in Delaware. The role covers both transactional "dirt" real estate work and construction matters, with a smaller element of hospitality-related matters and estate/succession planning coordination.

The successful candidate will take a visible business-development role, lead client engagements, supervise team members and handle complex multi-party matters spanning transactions and litigation. This is an on-site state-focused opportunity with national deal exposure.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience in real estate and construction, including transactions and litigation
