Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Little Rock

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice in Little Rock. The role balances trial-ready litigation work with client development across commercial construction, real estate disputes and related transactional risk counseling.

Candidate will join a multi-practice team and be expected to manage matters from intake through trial, supervise associates, and develop business across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of handling construction and commercial real estate litigation matters, including trial experience
• Demonstrable client development and relationship management skills
• Experience supervising and mentoring litigation teams
• Active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
