Lateral Partner, Restructuring & Corporate — Baltimore

High‑profile law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Baltimore office to lead and grow the restructuring and corporate practices. The role will focus on distressed and turnaround matters alongside corporate transactional work.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising creditors, debtors and other constituents on complex restructurings, insolvency proceedings and related corporate transactions. This is a hands‑on role with significant client responsibility and business‑development expectations.

• Significant partner‑level experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and related corporate work
• Proven track record of leading complex restructurings and insolvency matters
• Strong client origination and relationship management skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
