Partner, Finance & Banking — Seattle

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Seattle. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including commercial lending, asset-based lending and related workout matters.

The hire will be expected to grow and manage client relationships, work collaboratively across practice groups and support business development in the Pacific Northwest market. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national platform reach while maintaining a strong regional presence.
