Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation — Las Vegas

Senior partner role to lead and expand an employment and labor litigation practice in the Las Vegas market. The role involves managing complex workplace- and labor-related disputes, overseeing trial and appellate work, and supervising a team of litigators.

Candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality legal advice across a mix of contested employment matters. This is a rainmaking, hands-on leadership position with significant client-facing and mentoring responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admitted to practice in Nevada (or ability to transfer)
• Extensive employment and labor litigation experience, including trial experience
• Proven track record of client origination and business development; people management experience
