Highly regarded regional practice seeks a partner to lead and expand its Tax and Litigation work in Ventura County. The role involves managing complex tax controversies and related civil litigation matters, supervising associates, and driving high-quality client outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical tax litigation experience with proven courtroom and client-management capabilities. A focus on originating and growing business in the region is essential.

• Significant partner-level experience in tax controversy and civil litigation matters
• Proven trial and motion experience in state or federal courts
• Strong client-development record and ability to mentor junior lawyers
• Bar admission in California (or eligible) and good standing
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
