Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation — Weirton

Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its tax controversy and litigation practice from the Weirton office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across federal and state tax disputes, civil litigation, and related regulatory matters.

Ideal candidate will take a client-facing leadership role, supervising litigation teams, developing business, and coordinating with other offices on cross-jurisdictional matters. The firm offers an established platform and support for expanding a portable practice.

• Admitted to practice and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
