Lateral Partner, Technology Transactions — Wilmington

Leading technology-focused firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office and expand its Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. The role will focus on advising technology and media clients on commercial and transactional matters across the sector.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate new business, and work collaboratively with national practice teams on cross-jurisdictional matters. This is a visible role with significant business-development responsibility and team leadership expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of originating and executing technology/telecom/media transactions
• Experience managing and mentoring deal teams and coordinating with broader national practice
• Strong client-development skills and an existing network in the technology or media sectors
