Join a global legal consulting platform run by a leading international law firm. This role offers project-based assignments (typically six months or longer) across banking and finance workstreams, with access to firm-grade resources, partner-level support and professional development opportunities.

Assignments cover leveraged finance, derivatives/structured finance, private credit/direct lending, fund finance and related regulatory matters. Consultants are expected to operate autonomously on client sites or within legal teams while drawing on central knowledge and training resources.

Applicants must be eligible to practise in the UK and have the right to reside and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for these roles.

Qualified solicitor with 4–10 years' post‑qualification experience (range depends on practice area)
Substantive experience in banking and finance work (examples: leveraged finance, derivatives/structured finance, private credit, fund finance)
Proven ability to transition quickly into new teams and deliver to high commercial standards
Strong project management, communication and stakeholder-management skills
Practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling you to practise as a lawyer in the UK; right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
