Short-term, fee-earning consultancy roles supporting construction, infrastructure and energy projects across the UAE. Assignments are typically full-time and range from around three to twelve months, with common opportunities based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and occasional flexible-working arrangements.

Work will focus on drafting and negotiating construction-related documentation (including FIDIC and bespoke forms), O&M/FM agreements and related project documentation for clients across government, developers, contractors and energy businesses. Roles may be based directly with clients or embedded within a practice team to provide senior front-end construction support.

Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction/projects work
Proven experience drafting and negotiating FIDIC and bespoke construction contracts, and O&M/FM documentation
Experience on infrastructure, power/energy, buildings or leisure projects
Ideally some recent in-house experience (energy, transport or infrastructure) and prior top-tier law firm exposure
Preferable Middle East experience and Arabic language skills
Professional practising certificate or equivalent permitting practice in the region; consultant mindset, adaptability and commercial client focus
