Opportunity for an experienced real estate finance lawyer to join a global law firm's consultant platform supporting lender-side and asset-management clients. Assignments are typically six months or longer and include roles within legal teams at financial institutions, asset managers and on‑firm real estate finance matters.

The role offers access to firm training, knowledge resources and partner-level support while allowing you to control the types of engagements you take, with flexibility over timing and location. Candidates should be comfortable working as self-directed consultants and able to transition quickly into new teams and project environments.

5–10 years post‑qualification experience in real estate finance
At least 2 years' post‑qualification experience at a top‑tier real estate finance law firm
Experience on the lender side (direct lending, warehouse lending, or lending products) and/or asset management teams
Ideally recent in‑house experience at a financial services firm or corporate, or relevant secondment experience
Proven project management skills, strong commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management
Right to reside and work in the UK; practising certificate (or equivalent) permitting UK practice
