Short-term, fee-earning real estate lawyer role on a consultancy platform placing lawyers into assignments across the United Arab Emirates. Typical engagements are full-time contracts of around three to six months based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with occasional flexible working opportunities.

Assignments cover a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including planning and development, leasing and landlord/tenant work, property acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure agreements and the real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions. You will be supported by an established consultancy team and have access to knowledge and training resources during assignments.

Minimum 7+ years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law
Experience across planning, development, leasing, acquisitions/disposals, and infrastructure agreements
Track record on real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions advantageous
Prior consulting or in-house experience desirable; ability to operate autonomously on fixed-term assignments
Practising certificate or equivalent permitting work in the UAE / relevant jurisdiction
Middle East experience and Arabic language skills preferred
