We are seeking a proactive Legal Officer to combine hands-on litigation work with process improvement, contract management and training coordination. The role sits at the intersection of legal content, quality control and talent development and has visible impact across the office.

The post-holder will manage a litigation-focused training programme for junior lawyers, maintain and develop internal knowhow collections, optimise workflows and support commercial contracting with suppliers and pro bono partners. The role reports to senior management and involves close collaboration with Risk & Compliance, In‑house Legal and Procurement.

Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification experience in private practice (advocatuur)
Solid knowledge of civil procedure and contract law; additional knowledge of privacy or tenancy law is a plus
Proven experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and working on litigation matters
Strong organisational skills, interest in legal tech/AI and process improvement
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; experience in training or coordinating junior lawyers desirable
