Seeking an associate to join a leveraged finance subgroup with a focus on private credit, fund finance and structured finance. This is a multi-office role open to candidates for New York or Los Angeles with day-to-day work advising lenders and borrowers on syndications, NAV lending, sub-lines and related fund financings.

The role involves drafting and negotiating credit and transaction documents, conducting legal research, managing transaction workflow, and supporting client-facing matters across complex financings. Collaborative work with deal teams and opportunities for skill development and pro bono participation are included.

Hybrid working arrangements may be available; the specific schedule will be determined at hire.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Minimum 2 years' relevant leveraged finance / fund finance / private credit or structured finance experience
Experience working on lender- and borrower-side financings; experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or equivalent is a plus
