Litigation Associate — San Diego

Growing litigation team seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of two years' experience to handle a broad docket of complex matters from intake through trial. The role offers significant responsibility early on, including managing your own matters and working alongside experienced national practitioners within a collaborative practice.

Matters include complex commercial disputes, construction and property-damage litigation, product liability, and other high-exposure cases. Work involves fact investigation, coordinating with experts, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in hearings, mediations and trials. Hybrid work schedule with multiple remote days per week.

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Admission and good standing to practice law in California.
• Demonstrated litigation skills: strong legal analysis, drafting, advocacy, and deposition experience.
• Experience or interest in commercial litigation, construction disputes, product liability, property-damage matters, or insurance-related litigation preferred.
