Join a large, market-leading real estate team advising on a full range of commercial property matters across investment, development, asset management, construction, planning and finance. The team acts for corporate and private-wealth clients across sectors including logistics, offices, residential, retail, hospitality and life sciences.

The role involves advising on acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations for landlords and tenants, real estate elements of corporate transactions and financings, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, and managing due diligence. The team uses proptech and cross-departmental expertise to deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused solutions.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong, commercially-minded real estate lawyer to develop client relationships, contribute to business development and work on complex, high-value matters within a collaborative team environment.

5-8 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate at a firm with a top-ranked CRE practice
Proven experience on acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and real estate financings
Excellent drafting, negotiation and due diligence skills; strong technical knowledge
Commercial mindset, client-focused, with experience of business development and meeting billing targets
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail; able to work independently and in teams under pressure
