A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with three or more years of experience to join its US Banking and Finance practice, supporting securitization, warehouse financing and other related structured finance transactions.

The role sits within a collaborative team that advises on complex financing matters, with a particular focus on residential mortgage loans and other consumer asset classes. The firm is open to candidates based in any of its US offices, including Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Washington, D.C.

Three or more years of experience in banking and finance
Experience in securitization, warehouse financing and other structured finance transactions
