Mortgage Finance Associate — Securitization & Structured Finance

Mid-level to senior associate opportunity within a national banking & finance practice focused on securitization and related structured finance transactions. The role will work on securitizations, warehouse financings and other asset-backed financings, with a strong emphasis on residential mortgage/consumer-asset work.

Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices; candidates must be U.S. lawyers practicing from the U.S. This role participates in the firm's annual bonus program and comes with a comprehensive benefits package and professional development support.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in structured finance/securitization (warehouse financing experience preferred)
• Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
• Admitted to practice in the U.S. (bar admission in home office location required)
• Ability to be based in any of several U.S. offices and work on cross-office matters
