Of Counsel, Employment & Labor (Class Action) — Pittsburgh

Senior employment litigation role focused on defending employers in complex class, collective and individual employment claims. The role involves courtroom, arbitration and administrative agency work, handling wage-and-hour class matters, discrimination and other employment-related disputes.

The position also includes client counseling and preventive advice, plus providing training on federal and state employment laws and agency enforcement trends. The team seeks a practitioner who can lead matters and work directly with employer clients across litigation and counseling matters.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active PA bar admission in good standing
• 8+ years of experience defending class/collective employment litigation
• Proven experience acting as lead counsel in complex employment matters
• Knowledge of federal and state agency enforcement practices and employment law compliance
• Strong attention to detail, organization and project-management skills
