National law firm is hiring part-time and limited-engagement defense litigators across the United States. Roles are remote/remote-first with openings in multiple states; candidates must be licensed in the state where they will practice. Schedules are flexible (25–100% FTE) and designed to support work–life balance while providing exposure to hearings, depositions and trials.

Practice needs span a range of civil defense matters, including commercial litigation, product liability and insurance-related work. The firm offers professional development, mentorship, cross-office support, and benefits for attorneys who consistently work at least 30 hours per week.

Licensed to practice in the state where you will accept work
3–10 years of civil litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
Experience in one or more of: commercial litigation, product liability, insurance/coverage, general liability
Strong litigation, research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision and work collaboratively on teams
Available to work on a part-time basis (25%–100% FTE); benefits eligibility for those working ≥30 hours/week
