Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Delaware. The role will involve advising corporate clients on competition compliance, merger review and defense, and complex civil antitrust litigation.

The successful candidate will join a cross‑disciplinary team serving national and international clients and will play a visible role in business development and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and grow a market-facing practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in antitrust counseling, merger review or antitrust litigation
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or licensure plan in place
