Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — Houston

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice in the Houston office of a major international law firm. The role combines client-facing origination with matter leadership on complex creditor, restructuring and distressed-debt matters across bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings.

The partner will manage a team, develop regional market relationships with lenders, creditors and sponsors, and work closely with the broader finance and restructuring groups across the firm to win and execute high‑value engagements.

• Established partner with a strong track record in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditor rights and distressed-debt matters
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to lead and mentor a team
• Admissions and standing to practice in Texas (or ability to qualify quickly)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
