Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Boston

Leading US law firm seeks a partner to expand its Boston bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice. The role focuses on advising secured creditors, committees and distressed stakeholders on complex restructurings, creditor remedies and distressed-debt matters in both litigation and transactional contexts.

The partner will originate and grow client relationships, lead deal and litigation teams, and work closely with national practice colleagues on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional restructurings. Strong courtroom and negotiation experience in insolvency-related matters is important.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights or distressed-debt matters
• Track record of client origination and team leadership on complex restructurings and insolvency litigation
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain) and experience with local bankruptcy courts
