Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Tampa

Senior hire to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice in the Tampa office of a major international firm. The role will focus on creditor-side insolvency matters, distressed debt work and related finance matters.

There is an opportunity to build a regional practice, lead engagements, supervise associates and collaborate with cross-office finance and restructuring teams. The team advises clients on creditor enforcement, workout strategies and restructuring transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising creditors, trustees or lenders on bankruptcy and distressed-debt matters
• Strong litigation and/or restructuring transactional experience and proven client origination
