The role is designed for an attorney with a substantial portable practice who can bring immediate deal flow and complex litigation capacity.

The firm's work spans sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and automotive. The incoming partner will handle significant commercial litigation matters and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on building practice depth and transactional volume.

This is a team-oriented acquisition. The firm prioritizes bringing on cohesive groups over individual laterals and is most interested in candidates with a stable career history and substantial portable business.
