Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner in Baltimore to expand its corporate transactions and commercial litigation capabilities. The role prioritizes team hires that can immediately scale transactional volume and handle significant commercial disputes across regulated industries.

Work will focus on cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional matters in sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The team will support matters tied to major markets in New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading big‑ticket commercial litigation and complex corporate transactions
• Sector experience in one or more: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
• Preference for established teams (rather than solo laterals) and for candidates with stable movement history
