Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Dubai

Leading international law firm is seeking a market-facing Partner to strengthen and expand its corporate and M&A practice in Dubai. The role will focus on leading complex cross-border M&A, corporate governance and transactional matters for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will run a client-facing practice, originate and execute transactions, and work closely with other regional and global teams to deliver integrated advice. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for business development and mentor‑ship of junior lawyers.
